The Hill Building is located at 501 Beulah Rd, Sandston, VA 23150. Conveniently located off I64 or I295, near RIC Airport beside Seven Pines ES.
At 2,400 sq. ft., the building accomodates 250 people with 200 chairs, 40 folding tables (6'x30"x30") and a 5' round table. Features include air conditioning, restrooms, fully equiped kitchen with range, refrigerator and a 400lb capacity ice machine. Rental time is 09:00 AM - 12:00 AM

Rental Information
The Hill building is available to both members and nonmembers of the Sandston Pool.
Association members cost is $250.00 with a $250 security deposit.
Non-members cost is $600.00 for 1 day rental; $900 for a 2 day rental.
A $400.00 refundable deposit is required at contract signing.
